Fort Lee Executive Park has its renaissance.

GVA Williams New Jersey recently announced it had substantial leasing activity at Fort Lee Executive Park in Fort Lee, N.J.

On behalf of The Witkoff Group, GVA Williams serves as exclusive leasing agent for the property. The GVA Williams team of David Simson, president, Robert Eisenberg, first vice president, Douglas Rowe, vice president, Janice Saxton, director, and Brian Given, executive managing director, completed 22 recent leases totaling more than 70,000 s/f.

Among the transactions were 11 lease renewals, including such tenants as GeoCaptial, Compass Metal, Taihan Sugar, Charles Hammer, Korea National Tourism, Landmark Communications, MS Ackerman, Regal Trading, Perception Research, BG Tech and Silversearch.

New leases included space for Accomet, JECT, Hydro Industries, MR2 Media, LLC, Amicell, Michelan, LLC, External Compliance, Sunoo, Dischino & Associates and Sales Services Group.

A lease renewal and expansion was also consummated for DPC, which more than doubled the amount of space the company occupies at Fort Lee Executive Park.
