Former Sprint Executive Joins Aptela; Art MacDowell Enhances Team as Vice President of Alternate Channels.

MacDowell spent more than seventeen years at Sprint, most recently as vice president of the wholesale services group, a $1.6 billion division where he delivered growth that consistently outpaced the marketplace.
