Former Fazio District Director Joins Nossaman.


SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 5, 1996--The law firm of Nossaman, Guthner, Knox & Elliott, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  announced today that Richard C. Harris has joined the firm as a Registered State Lobbyist and a Senior Government Relations Manager.

Harris joins the Nossaman legislative advocacy practice which includes three former State Legislators -- Jack Knox, John Knox, John, 1514?–1572, Scottish religious reformer, founder of Scottish Presbyterianism. Early Career as a Reformer
