-- Frederick J. Lanceley will give a featured keynote presentation at the 4th Annual Clinical Trials Congress (CTC CTC - Cornell Theory Center ), February 13-15, 2006 in Orlando.

As the FBI's senior negotiator and principal developer of their internationally acclaimed crisis negotiation training course, Mr. Lanceley's experiences as one of the nation's foremost experts on hostage situations gives him exceptional perspective on negotiating through even the most difficult situations. Mr. Lanceley has been involved in hundreds of hostage, terrorist, barricade, suicide, aircraft hijacking and kidnapping cases (including the Waco, TX negotiations).

Mr. Lanceley is a firm believer that "there are many parallels between what law enforcement negotiators do and business people do." His keynote presentation will highlight these commonalities, illustrating a common skill set that can be applied for successful negotiations across all industries and providing techniques that attendees can apply to their own clinical negotiations processes.

Mr. Lanceley will be joined on the morning keynotes by several other industry veterans, including Johan Van Hoof, MD, Senior Vice President, Head of Global Clinical Operations, Johnson & Johnson PRD PRD
