Former DISA Director and Current Deloitte & Touche Executive to Lead NCO Industry Consortium.


WASHINGTON -- Lt. Gen Harry D. Raduege, Jr. USAF (Ret) of Deloitte & Touche LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  has assumed the role of chairman of the Network Centric Operations Industry Consortium The Network Centric Operations Industry Consortium (NCOIC) is an international forum for collaboration among companies and organizations working in aerospace, defense, information technology, and other related industries. Leadership positions in the NCOIC are held for a period of one year, after which the vice chair assumes the role of the chair and the chair becomes chair emeritus.
