Former Chairman and CEO of SHL Systemhouse, John R. Oltman, Joins IA Board of Directors.
Oltman was responsible for growing SHL Systemhouse Inc. into a $1.5 billion provider of client/server consulting, systems integration and technology outsourcing, which was acquired in November 1995 by MCI.

Before joining SHL Systemhouse in 1991, Oltman was worldwide managing partner for systems integration and outsourcing services for Andersen Consulting. Oltman held a number of significant positions within Andersen, including managing partner for its Chicago Consulting Group, the firm's largest operation and was a member of Andersen's worldwide organization board of directors. Both Andersen and SHL Systemhouse had responsibility for complex systems integration and outsourcing services in the U.S. and internationally.
Oltman is chairman of the board for TSW International, Inc., a leading provider of client/server asset care systems worldwide and also a member of the board of Vanstar Corp. He is involved in numerous educational, civic and charitable activities. Oltman holds a Bachelor of Computer Sciences degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
