Formation Systems Appoints Daniel Keelan as President and CEO.

SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 2002

Formation Systems today announced the appointment of Daniel Keelan as president and chief executive officer. In his new position, Mr. Keelan will be responsible for overseeing Formation Systems' operations and growing the company's business within such industries as consumer packaged goods, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining Formation Systems, Mr. Keelan was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of i2 Technologies' Network Operations and Business Development. In this role he directed i2's efforts in building networked-based services and developing alliances and sales channels. Previously at i2 he held positions as Managing Director, Europe Middle East & Africa in Brussels, Belgium, Vice President of Sales, West and Central USA in Dallas, TX, and Vice President and General Manager Asia Pacific & Japan located in Melbourne, Australia. In addition, Mr. Keelan held various sales and management positions at Oracle Corporation and IBM.
