Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. of RKF, and Howard Gilbert, senior managing director, represented Los Angeles-based Forever 21 in the transaction, and also represented the building owners, Herald Towers, LLC and JEMB JEMB Joint Environmental Management Board (US DoD) Realty. Forever 21 took the space within Herald Towers for 15 years. "Herald Square is a key retail district in Manhattan that draws millions of shoppers each year, and is the ultimate destination for retailers," said Futterman. "There is no better location for Forever 21's second New York store than the world-renowned and historic Herald Square shopping area." |
