). Ford Motor Company will deploy PeopleSoft ESA at its Dearborn, Michigan-based worldwide information technology (IT) division to manage its resource acquisition, placement, and release process. In addition, Ford will use PeopleSoft ESA to manage the skills inventory of all IT resources to meet its business and strategic IT demands.

Ford Motor Company's IT division employs 6000 people and utilizes internal and contracted resources to execute thousands of projects annually. PeopleSoft ESA will help Ford reduce costs by controlling its spend on outside contractors outside contractor ncontratista m/f independiente , and provide improved ROI (Return On Investment) The monetary benefits derived from having spent money on developing or revising a system.
