E-Sync Networks' MailFax solution will provide Ford Motor Company with a robust solution to communicate with its trading partners online. Specifically, Ford will use MailFax to automate Web-based and mainframe applications that broadcast faxes worldwide, allowing Ford Motor Company's employees, distributors, and other partners to easily send faxes to any location from the convenience of their desktops.

MailFax is an enterprise service that allows anyone with e-mail capability to send domestic and international faxes automatically from their desktops without additional hardware or software. Sending a fax is as simple as creating an Internet e-mail message. As messages are received, the content, including attachments, is converted to fax format and then delivered to the specified fax number or broadcast list.

E-Sync Networks' MailFax increases productivity for customers by eliminating time spent at fax machines sending to multiple recipients, doing away with the need to re-send faxes that were not sent successfully, making it no longer necessary to print documents for faxing, and preventing the need to compose cover page details.
