Force10 Networks Names Former MCI President Rick Roscitt to Its Board of Directors.


MILPITAS, Calif. -- Force10 Networks(R) today announced that Rick Roscitt, a technology industry leader with more than 30 years of management experience, including tenure as president and chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

As president and chief operating officer of MCI from 2003 to 2004, Mr. Roscitt helped lead the company out of bankruptcy and reestablished it as a telecommunications leader with positive cash flow. Prior to MCI, Mr. Roscitt was chairman and CEO of ADC Broadband, where he implemented an aggressive cost reduction effort along with a complete product portfolio overhaul that returned the business to profitability. Earlier, he was the president of AT&T Business Services, the company's largest and most profitable unit with 30,000 employees and annual revenue of more than $31 billion. Mr. Roscitt was also a founding partner, president and CEO of AT&T Solutions, which focuses on delivering professional services to global enterprises.
