Force testing system uses the latest test stands, force gauges, etc.

A force testing system using the latest test stands, force gauges and data acquisition software is said to bring a higher level of push, pull, puncture puncture /punc·ture/ (-cher) the act of piercing or penetrating with a pointed object or instrument; a wound so made.

Users can connect an MX Series test stand with a Z Series force gauge to enable force controlled testing which can automatically stop testing when the force value reaches a pre-programmed high setpoint, or maintain force between high and low setpoints. Operators can also capture peak values, program non-destructive tests or repeat cycles for fatigue testing.

The combination screw screw, simple machine consisting essentially of a solid cylinder, usually of metal, around which an inclined plane winds spirally, either clockwise or counterclockwise.  drive system and high performance brushless motor are said to provide extremely smooth and powerful operation over the entire speed range. Capacities up to 500 lbf. are provided. Standard force gauge features are said to include programmable high and low setpoints, peak and real time modes, 1,000 data memory and selectable units (lbf., kgf., N).

The ZP recorder force analysis software is designed to record and process 1,000 data per second (not just the peak) and generate a graph with statistics. Users can zoom To change from a distant view to a more close-up view (zoom in) and vice versa (zoom out). An application may provide fixed or variable levels of zoom. A display adapter may also have built-in zoom capability.  into any part of the graph to examine individual data points at intervals coming or happening with intervals between; now and then.

Further analysis can be done on the entire range or by selecting part of it to detect the first peak or generate statistics within that interval of time. Operators are able to compare and align align (līn),
