An item in the Sept. 19 column gave the wrong address of a listing that Ramsey-Shilting's Bonbright was marketing for sale. The property, a 75,000-square-foot office building at 6725 Sunset Blvd., has since sold for close to its $21 million asking price. The buyer is Crown Realty & Development Inc. and the seller, which spent about $6 million gutting and renovating the building during the past three years, is a partnership led by Asset Management Consultants LLC. The property is 100 percent leased and has the Catalina Bar & Grill on its ground floor.
