For the record. (Letters to the Editor).

Regarding Mr. John F. McManus' review of Quest of a Hemisphere ("Quest for Verb 1. quest for - go in search of or hunt for; "pursue a hobby"
quest after, go after, pursue

look for, search, seek - try to locate or discover, or try to establish the existence of; "The police are searching for clues"; "They are searching for the
True American History," October 21st issue), there is an error regarding the John Peter Zenger John Peter Zenger (October 26, 1697 – July 28, 1746) was a German-born American printer, publisher, editor and journalist in New York City. His indictment, trial and acquittal on sedition and libel charges against the Governor William Cosby of the New York Colony in 1735  case of 1735. I do not know if the error was originally made by the book's author (Donzella Cross Boyle) or by the reviewer, but the notation of a young Alexander Hamilton defending Mr. Zenger is an error. The correct defense attorney was Andrew Hamilton Andrew Hamilton may refer to:
  • Andrew Hamilton (New Jersey) (died 1703), colonial governor of New Jersey
  • Andrew Hamilton (lawyer) (c. 1676–1741), attorney for John Peter Zenger in libel case, and Pennsylvania Attorney General
  • Andrew D.
from Philadelphia. Alexander Hamilton was around 19 when he became involved in the cause for Independence around 1775! I know the error is minor, but I appreciate your magazine for its factual representation of history and current events, and any error gives the enemies of truth and freedom ammunition to discredit your services. Please keep up the good work, and know that there are still real Americans present in New York City New York City: see New York, city.
