Deaths

Ehlert - Vernon LeRoy "Smiley" Ehlert, 88, of Oakridge, died May 14. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Oakridge Chapel of the Woods. Burial will be at 3:30 p.m. at Lane Memorial Gardens, Eugene. Oakridge Chapel of the Woods in charge of arrangements.

Herbert - Earl Herbert, 85, of Blachly, died May 16. West Lawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, Eugene, in charge of arrangements.

Nelson - Vernon Nelson, 75, of Eugene, died May 15. The graveside service will be at noon Wednesday at West Lawn Funeral Home, Eugene.
