"Oh, my goodness. I know nothing about those," said Nita Nickell, assistant director of the University of Oregon The University of Oregon is a public university located in Eugene, Oregon. The university was founded in 1876, graduating its first class two years later. The University of Oregon is one of 60 members of the Association of American Universities.  Office of Trademark Management.

The university, of course, hasn't licensed the product, but that hasn't stopped Duck fans such as John Hernandez of Eugene from buying them.

"People ask me all the time: Where did you get those?" said Hernandez, 63, who has a yellow pair on his green 2002 Suzuki Grand Vitara The Suzuki Grand Vitara is a compact SUV, namely a long-wheelbase version of the Vitara, produced by the Japanese automaker Suzuki since 1999. Hernandez, a season ticket holder, bought the item at Brooks Cut Rate Oil and Auto Parts Auto parts are components of automobiles. They mainly are, in alphabetic order (only car specific articles or articles with car section):

The shop offers the auto accessory for $18.99. Sales haven't exactly been brisk, but store employee Cheryl Brown expects to sell more this football season. There's a trailer hitch model and two smaller key chain versions that sell for $3.99 and $4.99.

"It isn't something that I carry all the time, but now that Duck season is showing up, I will," Brown said. "If I have a set in here, it usually doesn't take very long for me to sell them."

Debbie Searfus of Esley Truck Accessories of Wilsonville, which supplies Brooks. Sports fans have now discovered the product, she said, and are placing special orders for different colors.

Technically, the yellow favored by Duck fans is tan. The accessory also is available in blue, white, red, hot pink, black and solid chrome, and Searfus promises to have green within two months. Tan is currently the top-selling color at Esley.

So far, Oregon State fans haven't latched on to the product the way Duck fans have, Searfus said. There hasn't been a run on black and the item isn't available in orange.

Aside from his wife, Hernandez said Oregon State fans are just about the only ones who take offense at his trailer hitch decoration. To protect his investment, Hernandez now takes extra security measures.

"They're locked on," he said. "I don't want to lose them."
