For rent announces new identity: for rent media solutions.


For Rent, a division of Dominion dominion, power to rule, or that which is subject to rule. Before 1949 the term was used officially to describe the self-governing countries of the Commonwealth of Nations—e.g., Canada, Australia, or India.  Enterprises, Norfolk, Va., a resource for searching apartment communities nationwide, has evolved into For Rent Media Solutions to further accommodate the wide variety of marketing needs for the apartment industry.

For Rent Media Solutions appeals to the needs of apartment seekers who are searching for traditional apartment housing as well as senior and corporate housing. Para para (parĀ“ah) a woman who has produced one or more viable offspring, regardless of whether the child or children were living at birth.  Rentar was recently added to appeal to the needs of Spanish-speaking prospective residents.

The launch comes on the heels of the formation of Dominion Enterprises, the new parent company of For Rent Media Solutions. Dominion Enterprises was established in September as a result of the completed transaction that divided the assets of its predecessor company, Trader Publishing Co., between co-owners Landmark Communications Landmark Communications is a privately held media company headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia and specializing in cable television, broadcast television, print publishing, and internet publishing.  Inc., and Cox Enterprises Cox Enterprises is the successor to the publishing company founded in Dayton, Ohio, by James Middleton Cox, who began with the Dayton Daily News. The company is private, 98% controlled by the octogenarian daughter of Cox, Anne Cox Chambers, and the two children of her late . The transaction gave Landmark 100 percent ownership of the media and information service properties in the real estate, employment, recreation and industrial categories. Landmark's assets now form Dominion Enterprises.

Since the launch of For Rent Magazine in 1982, For Rent has grown to 63 For Rent publications, 13 Para Rentar publications, six Senior Outlook publications, five Web sites and, most recently, two condominium condominium
