For many each day's like 9/11.


We all remembered 9/11 yesterday. We all remembered where we were and what we were doing when the word went round that we should switch on our TV sets and watch the horrific events unfold unfold - inline .

9/11 has become a 21st Century symbol of man's inhumanity in·hu·man·i·ty

 to man and it is an event that should never be forgotten.

We must also, however, remember all the horrors that have followed. Many thousands more innocent lives have been lost in Iraq. Many lives were lost in Lebanon. Lives continue to be lost in Afghanistan.

For many families every day is like 9/11 as they see or hear of a loved one being brutally slaughtered.

We must remember them every day.
