The government of the Spanish region of Catalonia's Office of Foreign Investment (CIDEM CIDEM Center for Inherited Disorders of Energy Metabolism ) has announced that the Saint Gobain Group, the leading French manufacturer of glass and fiberglass products, has committed US$71 million for the construction of a new glass packaging manufacturing facility in Montblanc, near Tarragona. This new facility will have a production capacity of 120,000 tons per year.
