Cardinal Investments produces thought-provoking design, fluid creativity, and considerate attention to detail in their latest residential project, m127.

Nine exceptional lofts are available for sale in this exclusive 13-story property, ranging in size from 1,550-2,400 s/f.

Designed by award winning architecture firm SHoP Architects, m127 is a combination of old and new, of modernity mixed with history. Notably, m127 marks ShoP's second residential project in New York New York, state, United States

The building's architecture, which re-configures seven existing floors and adds five new ones, incorporates historic details and sophisticated technology to create effortless, artistic spaces in which to live. m127 is located on the stretch of Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S.  between 30th and 31st streets, just north of Madison Square Madison Square is a neighborhood on the East Side of the New York City borough of Manhattan, centered on a 6.8 acre (2.75 Hectare) public park in the New York City borough of Manhattan, named for James Madison, fourth President of the United States and co-author of the United  Park. Surrounded by hotels, restaurants, shops and magnificent history, the neighborhood offers a wonderful sampling of New York's best.

SHoP retained the existing seven-story building's frame in order to preserve the building's unique personality. The skin of the building is comprised of a brick exterior with custom steel windows that cantilever over the facade. The two light-filled, spacious duplexes, one of which has an impressive terrace, while the other boasts an expansive roof deck, offer sweeping views of the Empire State Building. The first seven floors of the structure are visible from street level, and the top five floors are set back 15 feet from the street, allowing for more privacy.

The quality of the interior finishes further differentiates the apartments in m127. The glass tiled bathrooms are appointed with Duravit soaking tubs, Robern medicine cabinets, and Catalano sinks with Han sGrohe / Philippe Starck Philippe Patrick Starck (born January 18, 1949) is a well-known French designer and probably the best known designer in the New Design style.
