WATERTOWN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 22, 2002

Molecular, a Internet services firm, has been recognized as part of the prestigious "New England New England, name applied to the region comprising six states of the NE United States—Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. The region is thought to have been so named by Capt.  Technology Fast 50" for the third year in a row.

The program, which is presented by Deloitte & Touche and Hale and Dorr LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , is a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in New England. Rankings are based on revenue growth over the last five years. Molecular has seen a 609.31% increase in revenue over that time period.

To qualify for the Fast 50, a company must have been in business a minimum of five years, with 1997 operating revenue operating revenue

To qualify for the New England Technology Fast 50 program, the company must also be headquartered in one of the six New England states.

Molecular's exact rank among the other companies on the Fast 50 list will be announced at a Fast 50 awards ceremony to be held in September.
