, Aerosoles, a leading brand of footwear and accessories based in Edison, N.J., has inked a 1,600-SF lease at 168 Fifth Ave. The long-term deal was originated by the team while at Newmark New Spectrum. Pruger, Nero and Gibson, currently with CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  Retail, worked closely with Andrew Mandel, who represented the property ownership, 168 Firth Avenue Realty Corp.

"In turn, Aerosoles presence in the neighborhood further reinforces the Flatiron District's standing as one of the city's favorite shopping destinations."

Aerosoles will occupy 1,600 SF of retail space on the main floor at 168 Fifth Ave. The shoe retailer joins such notable tenants located in the Flatiron area as Ann Taylor Notable people named Ann Taylor include:
