accessories based in Edison, N.J., has inked a 1,600-SF lease at 168
Fifth Ave. The long-term deal was originated by the team while at
Newmark New Spectrum. Pruger, Nero and Gibson, currently with CB Richard
Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2. Retail, worked closely with Andrew Mandel, who represented the
property ownership, 168 Firth Avenue Realty Corp.
Located in the heart of the Flatiron District, a major shopping
neighborhood in New York City New York City: see New York, city. New York City

another step in the footwear retailer's expansion plans throughout
the City and nationally.
