Footballer facing sex charge trial.

FOOTBALLER Titus Bramble was due to go on trial today accused of sexually assaulting two women during a night out on Teesside.

The 30-year-old, pictured, is charged in connection with alleged incidents in Yarm, on September 28 last year.

The Sunderland defender, of Wellington Drive, Wynyard, near Middlesbrough, faces four charges - all of which he denies. In the first he is accused of indecently touching one alleged victim.

In the second count, he is alleged to have touched another woman's leg and moved his hand towards her crotch crotch

In the last two counts, he is accused of twice placing her hand on his crotch.

During his career Bramble bramble, name for plants of the genus Rubus [Lat.,=red, for the color of the juice]. This complex genus of the family Rosaceae (rose family), with representatives in many parts of the world, includes the blackberries, raspberries, loganberries, boysenberries,  also played for Ipswich, Newcastle and Wigan Wigan (wĭg`ən), city (1991 pop. 88,725) and metropolitan district, N England, located in the Manchester metropolitan area on the Douglas River.  Athletic, before joining Sunderland. He was due to go on trial at Teesside Crown Court.
