 land in Warwick and the town's football club is set to enter its final stage if councillors back it this week.

Warwick District Council's executive team will on Wednesday recommend granting pounds 83,500 to the Racing Club Racing Club may refer to:
  • Racing Club de Avellaneda, an Argentine football club
  • Racing de Trelew, an Argentine football club
  • Racing Club Warwick F.C., English football club
  • RCF Paris (Racing Club de Paris), French football club
 Warwick.

The cash boost would be used to revamp the ground and community facilities at the St Mary's Lands venue - as part of the area's ongoing pounds 4million redevelopment scheme.

Proposed improvements at the football club include re-aligning the main pitch, building a new stand, bar and changing facilities and refurbishing the bar and function room for community purposes.
