Football ROUND-UP:G14 clubs fear attack by Uefa.


THE G14 group of clubs which includes LIVERPOOL and MANCHESTER UNITED believe they are coming under a "co-ordinated campaign" of attack, after Uefa's head of communications William Gaillard William Gaillard is the director of communications and Public Affairs for Union of European Football Associations (UEFA). He is also the Senior Advisor to the President of UEFA Michel Platini.  labelled the group as "a negative force in football".

Gaillard said: "We do not recognise it as an organisation. There is no need for such a group. It is a negative force in football."

James Thellusson, spokesman for the G14, said: "What you are seeing is a co-ordinated campaign to attack the G14 because we have had the temerity te·mer·i·ty
