NEW Everton CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Keith Wyness promised greater transparency when he arrived at the club and has been true to his word.

This week the club web site presented a new monthly column from Wyness, discussing issues at the club.

It also included a full run-down of the number of complaints the club has received and which department they related to.

It is the kind of communication and openness you expect from an organisation trading on its reputation as The People's Club.
