JOHN BISHOP scored five goals and Chris Jones weighed in with a hat trick as Houlihan's Variety Club roared into the second round of the Memorial Challenge Cup with a 15-0 victory over hapless Argyle.

A shock looked on the cards when Third Division Wirral Libs held Division One Rangers Breaks 2-2 after extra-time, Rangers only managing to scrape through 8-7 on penalties.
