Lupoli is on loan at Derby County for the season from Arsenal, where he and Bendtner were a fearsome combination for the Gunners reserves.

"We played together for almost two years and scored a lot of goals," said Lupoli.

"He's a big lad. He can head the ball very well but he has great skills with his feet as well - he is a very complete striker.

"We have to be careful when marking him, but I think we are good enough at the back to handle him."

Lupoli is the Rams' leading scorer with six, Bendtner tops the Blues' charts with five.

"It will be great to play against him, and all I can do is try to score more than Nic," said Lupoli.

"They lost on Tuesday, so I think they will be coming to Pride Park looking for three points."
