LIVINGSTON skipper Stuart Lovell has warned the club that there could be a mass exodus at the end of the season unless they wrap up a takeover deal in the next few days.

"It's of paramount importance that Davie Hay is still here for next season and I think all the players would like to have Davie about.

"My fear is that because things have dragged on players will have been worrying about their futures and with the opportunity to sign pre-contracts maybe one or two of them might have followed Marvin."

Striker Derek Lilley welcomed yesterday's meeting with Flynn but was also hopeful things could move on quickly.

He said: "As long as everything can be sorted out with my situation I'll be quite happy, providing that the coaching staff are going to be here."
