Burscough 4 Ossett Town 1

AFTER a close first half, Burscough finished in a canter last night at Victoria Park in this UniBond League Premier Division game.

Martin Crowder set up Paul Gedman to slot home Burscough's opener but the Linnets' lead lasted only three minutes "Three Minutes" is the 46th episode of Lost. It is the twenty-second episode of the second season. The episode was directed by Stephen Williams, and written by Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz. It first aired on May 17, 2006 on ABC.  as James Walshaw played in Andy Hayward to level for Ossett.

Burscough again had most of the second-half play and goals in 72 and 75 minutes from David Eaton put Burscough in control. Eaton's first, Burscough's second, came as Ryan Bowen played the ball down the left to Ian Johnson. He cut the ball back and Eaton finished from close range.

Eaton's second came from a magnificant chip over Bennett from 25 yards after he created space for himself on the left side.

Captain Bowen completed a happy night for the Linnets in the 88th minute.

He headed home from a pin-point Andy Barlow cross after Lloyd had set the right-back up on the right-hand side.
