Football: Levein boosts Beath; THIRD DIVISION.


COWDENBEATH manager Craig Levein Craig William Levein (born 22 October 1964 in Dunfermline) is a Scottish former professional footballer and current football manager. Levein currently manages Scottish Premier League club Dundee United.  was busy yesterday in the transfer market as speculation continued over his future.

Former Hearts and Scotland defender Levein has been linked with a move back to Tynecastle after Jim Jefferies Jim Jefferies (born November 22, 1950 in Musselburgh, East Lothian) is the Scottish football manager of Kilmarnock F.C..

Also a former player, whose defensive versatility often counted against him in the attacking Hearts team in the 1970s, Jefferies has enjoyed considerably
 quit this week.

But as he prepares his side to face DUMBARTON today, he made a signing raid on the Boghead club by capturing midfielder Toby King.

But Levein won't include him today, explaining: "Toby trained with us in midweek but had to be careful as he is carrying a slight knock."
