Football: LOWE PUTS VALE ON HIGH; Port Vale 3 Millwall 1.


PORT VALE boss Lee Sinnott Lee Sinnott (born July 12, 1965 in Aldridge, Walsall, England) is an English ex-professional footballer and is currently the manager of Farsley Celtic. He has achieved enormous success with Farsley, most notably winning promotion three times in four seasons.  aims to build on his side's first home win since he took charge.

Vale came from behind to climb off the bottom of the table thanks to two goals from Keith Lowe Keith Lowe could be:

  • Keith Lowe (footballer), the English footballer.
  • Keith Lowe (musician), the Seattle-based bassist.
 and another by Dan Whittaker.

"I'm extremely pleased," said Sinnott (above). "This is a starting point that I want to improve on."

Millwall, who took the lead through Gary Alexander, finished with 10 men after defender Richard Shaw was red-carded.

Lions' boss Kenny Jackett said: "That was not good enough. We need to improve quickly."
