Football: Blazers launch bungs probe.

Byline: By MARK GUIDI

THE SFA See sales force automation.

SFA - Sales Force Automation
will this week launch a probe into allegations of transfer bungs and racism in Scotland.

Chief Executive David Taylor will speak to people who have made public comments about illegal payments in the game.

These include Aberdeen boss Jimmy Calderwood, Motherwell director MSP (1) (Management Service Provider or Managed Service Provider) An organization that manages a customer's computer systems and networks which are either located on the customer's premises or at a third-party datacenter.  John Swinburne and agent Bill McMurdo.

He will also contact the police about Airdrie fans wearing Ku Klux Klan Ku Klux Klan (k' klŭks klăn), designation mainly given to two distinct secret societies that played a part in American history, although other less important groups have also used  uniforms - allegedly in an attempt to intimidate Gretna's Matthew Berkeley at a match two weeks ago.

Taylor said: "People involved in the game have made comments claiming there are issues with bungs.

"We have no evidence this is the case although we'd like to make sure.

"Myself and our security adviser Derek Kirkwood will speak to anybody who has made accusations and see if there's anything they're willing to tell us in private.

"If these individuals have no evidence they should keep quiet rather than make assertions that can't be supported. They are damaging the game."

On the racism issue Taylor added: "We can't sit back and not look into fans apparently wearing Ku Klux Klan uniforms. We're conducting an inquiry and speaking to police, the clubs and people present."

McMurdo has welcomed the SFA's actions but fears they might just be paying lip service to it.

He said: "I'm no whistle blower Whistle Blower

An employee who has inside knowledge of illegal activities occurring within his or her organization and reports these to the public.

Notes:
Although whistle blowers are protected under federal law from employer retaliation, there have been cases where
but I'll happily discuss it with the SFA.

"I genuinely believe bungs have been used in the past. But I don't have any genuine belief the SFA are serious about - or have the manpower to properly investigate - the problem."
