chief executive David Taylor David Taylor or Dave Taylor can be one of several persons: Sports people
  • David Taylor (Australian cricketer), Australian cricketer
  • David Taylor (English cricketer), English cricketer
  • David Taylor (snooker player), snooker player
said: 'Only a small umber of countries appeal to England for this match and we're one 'They will also play a number of curtain raisers and we hope to get an invite.

'We will meet England when the international fixture calendar allows but won't be playing them every year, maybe every two years.

'Financially it's also an attractive fixture and if we met them home and away I would expect the home nation would keep the gate money.'

One game that has been arranged is a friendly against Hungary at Hampden on August 18. Lothar is in charge of the Hungarians and Berti Vogts Hans Hubert "Berti" Vogts (born 30 December, 1946 in Büttgen, near Düsseldorf, Germany) is a former German international football player and manager. Club career  has used his friendship with the former Germany skipper to organise the fixture.

Meanwhile, Taylor has denied there is bias at the SFA after the delay in hearing Fernando Ricksen's case for an alleged elbow on Hibs striker Derek Riordan.

Rangers Dutch star will not appear until March 16 seven weeks after the incident unlike Bobo Balde two years ago who was swiftly dealt with for elbowing Paul Fenwick at Easter Road.

But Taylor insisted: 'One of the things we will review at the end of the season is speeding up the justice process but we will not do that in mid season.

'Players have rights and you can't just judge them immediately after an incident. They also have a right to appeal.

'There is no hidden agenda with this case and if Fernando Ricksen is found guilty he'll be disciplined.

'It would disturb me if people thought there was bias at the SFA because there is not. If people think we're being inconsistent we will look into it.'

Taylor also revealed his dispute with Hearts boss Craig Levein continues.

He said: 'There is no agreement yet and I don't know if it will be dealt with out of court.'
