The Baggies are resigned to losing Koumas - who is also fancied by Everton - and Kamara, a target for Middlesbrough and Fulham. However they will demand top money in transfer fees. Strachan will not meet Albion's valuation, but Beattie could swing the deal. Beattie's chances at Parkhead have been hit by the arrival of Chris Killen from Hibs and he may fancy a spell in the Championship in England to try to kickstart his career.
