Following his playing days, Coyle went into management, first with South Belfast and Ireland's most successful and largest club Linfield F.C., then Ards F.C. and from 1991 to 1993 Derry City F.C. raps: ''That's as far as it goes. ''On the field we'll be out to do what's best for us and that is to win.'' Glens have decided to hand over the entire gate receipts of today's pipe-opener in the CIS Cis (sĭs), same as Kish (1.) ''My attitude has not changed and that means trying to win every game, no matter what extenuating circumstances prevail. ''We are the holders of the trophy and I don't want to let go easily. There is bound to be a carnival atmosphere about the place with hundreds of Coleraine fans making the trip. ''I'll be very surprised and disappointed if there isn't a record attendance of Coleraine supporters. ''If the people of the town don't come out to support their team at a time like this then that's very sad. I'm not called a greedy so-and-so for nothing! ''It's well known I believe in winning every match and every trophy competition we enter.'' Boss Coyle has not gone mad in the close season, bringing in only three new faces - Kevin Kelbie Kevin Kelbie (born February 24, 1985 in Scotland) is a football player who plays as either in the midfield or as striker. He says: ''Hopefully a new dawn is about to break which will allow us to get back on track. I certainly hope so. ''After what we've been through in recent times it's just great to be in a position to start playing football. ''It's my job to lift the players and make sure they are in the right frame of mind for the job in hand. ''The Oval is always a difficult place to pick up points but we're up for it. We appreciate what Glentoran are doing in giving us the gate receipts. ''It demonstrates that while there is intense competition in the game, when it comes to the crunch there is also a heart.'' Quinn has lost several key players during the period of uncertainty which has forced the Bannsiders boss to start a re-building process. But while some big name players have moved on Quinn today introduces new faces in defenders Stuart McCallum and Noel Anderson, as well as strikers Paul McLaughlin and Stuart Bratton.
