Whelan is demanding an immediate answer from Scudamore about whether Tevez is still breaking the rules by playing for relegation rivals West Ham. Whelan has queried the claim that the Argentine's contract has been terminated because 'both parties' had to agree - and owner Kia Joorabchian obviously has not. But they are now ready to try to force a vote of no confidence in Scudamore at the end-of-season annual meeting. Through Whelan, they have demanded that Scudamore provides concrete evidence from BOTH sides that Tevez has been eligible to play since the inquiry and asks "are you being told lies again?" If the Premier League cannot provide this then there will be a new push for Hammers to be penalised again - and this time docked points - as the issue refuses to go away.
