Football: Yakin's a new Saint.

CELTIC are set to finally lose out on Basel star Hakan Yakin after the midfielder last night agreed to sign for Paris Saint Germain and replace Ronaldinho.

The French club have offered pounds 1million for the 26-year-old, with whom they have already agreed a four year deal.

And with the player having refused to sign a new deal the Parisian club now believe they have done enough to land the playmaker.

Yakin missed the Swiss side's friendly last weekend with Neuchatel Xamax through 'injury'.
