This Food Safety and Inspection Service The United States Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is charged with ensuring that all meat, poultry, and processed egg products in the United States are safe to consume and accurately labeled.  (FSIS) site offers a variety of downloadable materials in foreign languages, including

 information in Spanish;

* FSIS Security Guidelines for Food Processors in Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, and Vietnamese;

* materials for the Fight BAC![TM] program in Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, and Russian; and

* information on the Thermy[TM] program in Spanish.
