Food and cultures.

PUPILS at Ysgol Pant Pastynog, Prion, have been sampling foods from around the world as part of a special two-week celebration of different cultures.

School cook Suzanne Boxleinter has been busy preparing meals to represent all the countries represented at the school: Wales, England, Scotland, France, Turkey, the Philippines, Germany, Italy and Mexico.

Each day, children also attempt to learn greetings in different languages.

The international theme will continue running until dydd Neges Ewyllys Da (the day of the goodwill message).
