SALISBURY -- Food Lion Inc.'s Belgian owners want to buy the rest of the company. Food Lion is owned by Delhaize America Inc., controlled by Delhaize Group SA of Belgium. Delhaize Group, which owns 45% of Delhaize America, has offered to buy outstanding shares at a 32% premium.
