I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THIS MONTH'S health package ["One Life to Live," August 2003]. I am hoping to see more detailed information in the near future regarding our nation's number one cause of death, heart disease. It is especially affecting black women with alarmingly high rates o f morbidity and mortality Morbidity and Mortality can refer to:

I AM ONE, OF TWO BLACK REGISTERED NURSES who are owners of a home healthcare agency. Our home aides provide assistance to the elderly and disabled. We love all of the articles featured in BE.

We would like to see more articles featured regarding healthcare agencies and the importance of black ownership. There is so much information regarding the future of healthcare that black people need to be made aware of.

This type of business is very, very different from other businesses because it is 100% service oriented o·ri·ent
