Focke & Co.

Together with a major U.S. customer, Focke, Verden, Germany, has provided a highly flexible packaging line for the high speed sector. The equipment is custom-tailored regarding the specific needs and accepts folded diaper products from the converter to the point of release of the transported pallet. The company has a worldwide leading position for individual turnkey solutions regarding the generation of stacks with quality control and subsequent flexible bag packing and case packing as well as stretch-wrap palletizing. Complete line interface problems for the customer can be reduced to the absolute minimum and maintenance intervals can be minimized.

This highly flexible packaging line allows the customer to run different sizes and brands at the same time. Additionally the efficiency of the high speed converter has been increased considerably due to the release of the diapers to the new equipment.
