Flying low.

Flying Low: Boeing Co. is struggling to retake the top stop in the aviation world from Europe's Airbus, but is being loaded down by its efforts to deal with supplier problems and engineering challenges related to the weight of its new 787 jet. Boeing, which is based in Chicago and is the largest private employer in Southern California, said it had not postponed the completion date of the Dreamliner, but the company's stock fell anyway. Chief Executive James McNerny said he expected the problems could worry investors.
