The patent laws of the United States authorize a patent to be issued to the original inventor; if the invention is suggested by another, he is not the inventor within the meaning of those laws; but in that Giles Cardozo Car·do·zo , Benjamin Nathan 1870-1938. American jurist and writer who served as an associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court (1932-1938). has made them reality with the Skycar. As far back as the 1960s, engineers were testing folding wings for cars to allow them to take to the air. Mr Cardozo, the founder of Wiltshirebased firm Parajet, developed his design over 18 months using new flexible wing technology. While on the ground, the Skycar runs off a biofuel-powered engine capable of taking it from 0-60mph in 4.5 seconds with a top speed of 108mph. Rear-wheel drive and independent four wheel suspension make it suitable for tough terrain terrain, n the fertile ground for all function (i.e., physical, mental, social, and environmental) of a human being; the environment in which disease may develop.
