Flushing's first supermarket branch can address virtually all of its customers' financial needs whether it be checking or savings accounts, certificates of deposits, investment products, a mortgage or home equity loan or life insurance with the added convenience of extended hours and time-saving grocery store access."

Other amenities include a 24-hour automated teller machine automated teller machine (ATM), device used by bank customers to process account transactions. Typically, a user inserts into the ATM a special plastic card that is encoded with information on a magnetic strip.  (ATM) and three private customer service areas. The In-Store Supermarket Branch is open seven (7) days a week. Hours of service are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Mr. McConnell continued: "Flushing has a strong customer and technology focus, supermarket banking links the two. Our in-store bankers have the capacity to meet customer financial needs just like they would at any of our other locations. The key difference is our marketing approach. Supermarkets present a unique sales environment. By bringing together the supermarket and the Bank, the convenience of one-stop shopping becomes a reality."

Flushing will continue to operate a full-service branch office located in the same shopping center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into  as the Edward's Supermarket. Together, the two banking facilities will provide convenience for current and future customers.
