Flurry of activity on Hudson Square sees Trinity lease 47,000 s/f.


The Parish of Trinity Church Trinity is a commonly used name for Christian churches, especially within the Anglican and Russian Orthodox traditions.

 City's largest and oldest commercial property owners, announced it has successfully negotiated five commercial lease transactions totaling more than 47,000 s/fin three separate properties within the Church's six million-square-foot portfolio in Hudson Square. All of the transactions closed recently.

Carl Weisbrod, president of Trinity Real Estate, said, "These companies represent a cross section of the vibrant Hudson Square community.

"Design firms and creative companies are among the biggest drivers in the district, with retailers such as our new restaurant tenant following along to serve the office community.

"All of this activity is establishing Hudson Square as a 24/7, cutting edge neighborhood." At 304 Hudson Street Hudson Street can refer to:

, interior design firm Tobin + Parnes Design Enterprises renewed its lease and expanded its office space by 5,033 s/f on the building's second floor. Ken Schack of Schack Realty Co. Inc. represented Tobin + Parnes in the lease negotiations, and Jason Pizer, director of leasing, represented Trinity Real Estate.

The PR Consulting Group, a public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most  firm, will relocate its offices from 230 Park Avenue in midtown Manhattan to 7,500 s/f of space, also at 304 Hudson Street. Larry Roberts of Arch Brokerage represented the tenant, and Thomas Lynch Thomas Lynch is the name of several notable people:
  • Thomas Lynch (statesman) (1727–1776), South Carolina delegate to the Continental Congress
  • Thomas Lynch, Jr.
 of Trinity Real Estate represented the owner.

At 435 Hudson Street, real estate developer and owner Young Woo & Associates, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

, will relocate its offices from 141 Fifth Avenue into 5,328 s/f of space.

The company was a pioneer in the development of telecommunications "hotels" and it currently manages a five million square-foot portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties in the New York region. Jay Casaly represented Young Woo in the lease transaction and Peter Fontanetta represented Trinity Real Estate.

 Mesquite Forest, renewed its 6,891 s/f lease. The company is going to open an upscale French bistro at the site formerly occupied by a barbeque restaurant operated by the same business owner. Mesquite Forest negotiated directly with Trinity Real Estate, who was represented by Thomas Lynch.

At the same property, office supply distributor Apple Direct renewed its lease for 22,491 s/f. Glenn Isaacson of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  represented the tenant and David Manzano represented Trinity Real Estate.

Formerly an industrial warehouse and loft district, Hudson Square is now home to a diverse roster of high-profile, intellectually creative companies that includes advertising agencies, designers, architects, software companies, publishers and other major corporations.
