Fluorosilicone elastomer. (Materials).

FSL FSL - Formal Semantics Language.

A language for compiler writing.

["A Formal Semantics for Computer Languages and its Application in a Compiler-Compiler", J.A. Feldman, CACM 9(1) (Jan 1966)].

[Sammet 1969, p. 641].
7586/40 liquid self-lubricating fluorosilicone elastomer elastomer (ĭlăs`təmər), substance having to some extent the elastic properties of natural rubber. The term is sometimes used technically to distinguish synthetic rubbers and rubberlike plastics from natural rubber.  is used in automotive gasketing and sealing materials applications. Designed for use in gasketing and sealing applications both under-hood and on the automotive powertrain, FSL7586/40 elastomer is said to provide improved resistance to both lubricants and fuels, and it is said to be characterized by a low compression set without the need for post-cure operations. FSL7586/40 self-lubricating fluorosilicone elastomer is said to provide reduced insertion force for either manual or automated manufacturing processes. High curing speed and easy de-molding are said to permit fully automated production of large numbers of articles in short cycle times, according to the company. FSL7586/40 elastomer is designed for use in applications such as fuel seals, o-rings, connector grommets and seals, and throttle valve gaskets. FSL7586/40 is a two-component fluorosilicone elastomer that, when blended together, is said to achieve the following key performance properties: 40 durometer A hardness, tensile strength of 725 psi, tear strength of 114 ppi and compression set of 17 (22 hrs./175[degrees]C). FSL7586/40 elastomer is said to offer balanced fluid- and solvent-resistant properties with demonstrated resistance to ASTM ASTM
