Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers -FAMB- Welcomes Incoming Florida Senate President Tom Lee.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- On Wednesday, October 20, 2004, the FAMB met with the Florida Senate Republican Caucus in Tallahassee to welcome incoming Florida Senate President Tom Lee. This gathering offered FAMB the opportunity to meet with Senators from across the state and discuss those interests that most concern the almost 50,000 mortgage brokers who are licensed in the State of Florida. In attendance from the FAMB were Patrice Yamato, State Vice President; Kathy Love, State Secretary and Karen Wordell-Smith, the Executive Director. Also in attendance from FAMB's lobby firm of Dutko Poole McKinley were Van Poole and Georgia McKeown. Ms. Yamato stated, "The Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers (FAMB) welcomes the opportunity to continue our positive relationship with the Florida Senate Republican Caucus and we look forward to assisting Senator Lee in his new position as President."
