Florida's Lido Beach Resort Acquired by Ocean Properties, Ltd. Hotels & Resorts.


DELRAY BEACH, Fla. -- The Lido Beach Resort in Southwest Florida has been purchased by Ocean Properties, Ltd. Hotels & Resorts, as announced today by the company.  in the Sarasota area, will continue to operate as a full-service resort. With the purchase, Ocean Properties, Ltd. plans to undertake a multi-million dollar renovation for the Resort which will touch on every aspect of the property from its guestrooms to its public spaces to its 6,000 square feet of meeting space. In addition to the Lido Beach Resort, the company also owns the Hilton Longboat Key and the Holiday Inn Lido Beach in the Sarasota area.
